help simplify the complicated California recycling laws and will
present options to you like re-classifying your waste as Excluded
Recyclable Material and even ideas for getting paid for your formerly
classified hazardous waste.
BONUS TOPIC: Because the public comment period has been extended
to June 25, 2007, we will also be providing the group an update
on the EPA's proposal to revise the definition of solid waste which,
in effect, will exclude certain types of recycling activities from
federal waste regulation. |
