Steve Lichten, President of ESCI EnviroServices, Inc.

Mr. Lichten has over 23 years experience in the environmental compliance and occupational EH&S management field. His background includes multi-media environmental and EH&S compliance and management systems auditing; air, water, hazardous materials and waste permitting and compliance/regulatory plan and program development. He will speak about the new aboveground petroleum storage act (APSA).
